Going to tournaments is fun, but it also requires the proper amount of prep work. The following items should be helpful to all students and parents as they prepare for tournament competition (and the resulting grade).
TENTATIVE TOURNEY SCHEDULE 2012-13
This schedule was handed out to students on Day 2 of the school year, but is posted here for future reference. Remember that these dates and locations are TENTATIVE, meaning they may change (sometimes with very little notice). The tourneys that are in red are not definite options. Scheduling of coaches and interest/readiness of students will determine if we attend these tourneys or not.
TRAVEL RELEASE FORM
For every tournament, a bus is provided (except for when we are in town at LSN/LSW). Students are expected to travel with the team on this bus. If an event necessitates that a student either arrive late or leave early, through any means, this form must be completed IN ADVANCE of the tourney date. Coaches cannot release students from tournaments without this form, which requires a parent, coach, and administrator signature. Students should not ask the travelling coach for permission to leave early or arrive late without having this form filed in advance.
