Hi Parents,
Now that tournaments are in full force the Booster Club needs your help with bringing meals to our kids while they are at the tournaments. This is very important because often times there are very little food options at the tournaments. Our kids put in very long days while they are debating at these tournaments and they are very appreciative of a good meal. I have created a sign up page, just click on this link Tournament Meal Sign Up and sign up for the date that works for you! Please note that I have broken the tournaments up between novice and varsity; so please make sure you are signing up for the one that you want. The booster club will reimburse your cost of the meals up to $2.50 per student. I have attached the policy and the reimbursement form on the home page. After you sign up for the date that works for you please watch for the itinerary for that tournament that is sent out by one of the coaches typically a few days before the tournament; this will provide you with the number of students that have signed up for that tournament and it will also tell you the time that meals are to be delivered. Of course I am always availabe to answer questions.
The kids are always appreciative of a home cooked meal and it really does help them substain the long hours. Thanks in advance for your help with this.
